Chicago Onyx Forged 10 Piece Block Set. Includes 3 1/2" paring, 4 1/2" utility, 4 3/4" serrated fruit, 6 3/4" santoku, 8 1/4" reverse scallop bread/citrus slicer, and four 4 1/4" steak knives. Knives have high-carbon stainless blade with exclusive Taper Grind™ edge for maximum sharpness. Knives (with the exception of the steak knives) have full parallel tang which extends from the tip of the blade to the end of the knife forming part of the handle. Remainder of handle is black sure grip. Steak knives are one-piece construction with serrated blade and satin finish stainless handle. All items store in hardwood storage block. Boxed.
