DPX HEST Assault. 7 1/2" overall. 3" black satin TiCN PVD coated Sleipner tool steel blade. Hardened to 59-60 HRC. Features three sizes of wire strippers (or can be used as a thumb ridge), pry notch, hex driver at the hilt and wire breaker at the base of the blade. Full extended tang with pry bar end. American-made black G-10 handles. The hollow handles are designed for storing survival materials like a fire starter or water purification tablets. The scales are attached with two slotted Allen screws. Lanyard hole. Black Cordura® belt sheath with protective insert. Serialized. Designed by Robert Young Pelton. Also includes a Black Ice Zippo lighter with "DPx Gear" logo on front and "HEST II" on back. Both knife and lighter have matching serial numbers. Limited edition of 200.
